Your Donations to Royal Oak Public Library Make a Difference
Help keep the library a viable resource in our community
Donations are essential to keeping the library not only in operation but moving forward with everchanging literature and technology.
Donations go directly toward supporting the library’s ability to offer the latest print and electronic material, audiobooks, board games, instruments, audio devices, technological tools, and more to enhance our available collection to people of all ages.
Donations may be made through the Royal Oak Civic Foundation, which goes directly to the public library. Also, you may make a donation to the public library to the general fund in honor of a loved one who has passed.
The staff of the library is consistently updating and evolving the material, classes, and events we offer to make our community gathering space innovative and forward-thinking to help shape society positively and foster new perspectives.
Whether one is looking for journals, books, encyclopedias, scholarly material, or other resources, we work to ensure that what our community members need is available to them.
Libraries support literacy and education with countless opportunities for training and learning. Further, libraries help to enhance communities by providing a place where people can go for study groups, teambuilding or even meetings.
Access to the arts is key to not only expanding the mind but the economy as we provide business and entrepreneurial material for people who wish to upskill, thus, enhancing the workforce. The technology we offer is those that would not normally be at hand, free of charge.
Your donations help keep these invaluable resources going and our community moving forward.
Contributions are also used to purchase large print, fiction, and nonfiction books. The Royal Oak public library is dedicated to providing programs and services to help our residents learn, create, connect, and innovate. Your contributions play a big part in helping us reach our goals for the public library and the community of Royal Oak.
