Chair Tom McGannon called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Trustees present: Jennifer Banovitz-Bastian, Julie Lyons Bricker, Christopher Bower, Howard Collens (3:15 p.m.), Sharlan Douglas, David Guest, Thomas McGannon, Darian Neubecker, John Peetz. Trustees absent: Alexander Fike, Eric Lofquist. Trustees present constituted a quorum. Staff present: Jill Martin.

Motion to approve the agenda by Guest, seconded by Peetz; approved unanimously
Motion to approve the consent agenda by Douglas, seconded by Lyons Bricker; approved unanimously.
Motion to approve a payment of $836 for directors and officers insurance by Neubecker, seconded by Lyons Bricker; approved unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Collens, seconded by Lyons Bricker; approved unanimously
