Minutes – Royal Oak Civic Foundation Board of Trustees Committee Meeting

Chair Tom McGannon called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. Trustees present: Jennifer Banovitz-Bastian, Julie Lyons Bricker, Christopher Bower, Howard Collens, Sharlan Douglas, Alexander Fike, David Guest, Eric Lofquist, Thomas McGannon, Darian Neubecker, John Peetz. Trustees present constituted a quorum. Staff present: Jill Martin. Guests present: Jon Witz
Agenda: Motion by Douglas, seconded by Lyons Bricker to approve the agenda with additional items of approving payments and discussion of the foundation’s relationship with the city of Royal Oak; approved unanimously.
Consent agenda: Motion to approve the consent agenda by Lyons Bricker, seconded by Banovitz-Bastian; approved unanimously.
Motion to approve payments by Neubecker, seconded by Guest; Fike abstains, remainder of trustees vote in favor.
Motion to approve the 2025-2026 budget by Neubecker, seconded by Fike; approved unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Peetz, seconded by Lyons Bricker; approved unanimously.
