Chair Tom McGannon called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. Trustees present: Jennifer Banovitz-Bastian, Julie Lyons Bricker, Christopher Bower, Howard Collens, Sharlan Douglas, David Guest, Thomas McGannon, Darian Neubecker (arrived at 3:30), John Peetz, Peter Provenzano. Trustees absent: Alexander Fike. Trustees present constituted a quorum. Staff present: Jill Martin. Guests present: Jon Witz.
Public comment: There was no public comment
Motion to approve the agenda: Motion by Provenzano, seconded by Bricker; approved unanimously
Motion to approve the consent agenda: Motion by Provenzano, seconded by Bricker; approved unanimously
Motion to participate in the Arts, Beats and Eats on 5th fundraising event, authorizing McGannon to review and sign the contract. Motion by Provenzano, seconded by Peetz; Approved unanimously.
