Chair Tom McGannon called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Trustees present: Jennifer Banovetz-Bastian, Julie Lyons Bricker, Sharlan Douglas, Alexander Fike, Eric Lofquist, Thomas McGannon, Darian Neubecker (3:25 p.m.), John Peetz. Trustees absent: Christopher Bower, Howard Collens, David Guest, John Peetz. Trustees present constituted a quorum. Staff present: Jill Martin. Guests present: Jon Witz.

Agenda approval: Motion by Douglas, seconded by Banovetz-Bastian to approve the agenda with the addition of an item to approve reimbursements; approved unanimously.
Consent agenda: Motion by Lofquist, seconded by Lyons Bricker to approve the consent agenda; approved unanimously.
Motion to approve reimbursements by Douglas, seconded by Banovitz-Bastian; approved unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Fike, seconded by Lyons Bricker; approved unanimously.
