This charity preview brings several hundred civic and business leaders together for an evening of exceptional food, drinks, art, and live music all to benefit local nonprofits. Community Impact You Can Stand Behind
The Royal Oak Civic Foundation is partnering with six local nonprofits – Metro Detroit Youth clubs, Outreach on 7th, Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce, Royal Oak Historical Society, Royal Oak Sandlot League and Stagecrafters – each receiving 75% of the ticket proceeds they sell. Sponsoring this event means your investment has true impact across the community.
Proceeds will also fund foundation grants that go directly to city programs. Since its founding, the foundation has directed more than half a million dollars to the programs and people that make Royal Oak exceptional.
Sponsorships include food and beverage, VIP access and recognition at and after the event. Depending on the level, sponsors may enjoy a dedicated table for their guests and elevated visibility.
This year’s event will be held Friday, Aug. 28, at the brand-new Fifth Street Plaza, beginning with a VIP reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by a preview of the music, art and food coming to the annual Labor Day weekend festival, continuing until 8:30 p.m.
